All documents must be in English or Thai ONLY. Documents in other languages must be translated and certified by the Notary Public. |

Visa application forms must be TYPED and duly filled in. Bear in mind that any false statements will result in your visa being refused. The visa application form can be downloaded here. |

Online visa appointment is compulsory. ONE APPOINTMENT is only for ONE APPLICANT. |

Only those who have medical or family emergencies in Thailand can send their request for visa facilitation via email at : moscow@thaivisareservation.com. Please state clearly reasons of urgency and provide proof (e.g. letter from the hospital / letter from the police / death certificate etc.) The Embassy will consider the requests on a case-by-case basis. |

A confirmed appointment has to be printed out and brought to the Embassy along with the application. The applications must be submitted to the Embassy on the appointed date and time. The applications submitted on other dates and times will not be accepted.

If the consular officer requests an interview, the applicants must come in person to the Embassy.

Carefully read the detailed visa information on the Embassy’s official website before submitting your applications (http://www.thaiembassy.org/moscow ). Applying for the wrong type of visa will result in your visa being refused. |

For non-Russian nationals, please be reminded that an additional set of documents are required i.e. Russian visa, residence permit, immigration card and registration card. The requirements for citizens of some countries may differ. Please click here to see more information.

The Embassy DOES NOT request any surcharge to the above-mentioned fees. If you are requested a surcharge or any other benefits for facilitation of visa issuance, please inform the Embassy via email at : moscow@thaivisareservation.com
Important
For regular cases, visa issuance takes three (3) working days from the date of application submission. For applications with incomplete documents and/or with documents which need to be cross-checked, visa issuance will take more than three (3) working days. For non-Russian nationals, the visa issuance may take longer than regular cases.
